The conference will take place in the Clarion Jätkäsaari, a 78-meter and 16-storey new tower hotel, opened in autumn 2016. The rooftop hotel features the city's highest-in-water pool, a panoramic bar and a rooftop terrace. Hotel is only 10 minutes tram ride from the Helsinki Central Railway station.

Clarion Jätkäsaari's services and interior design are focused on comfort. The hotel has a total of 425 rooms and a high-quality Kitchen & Table restaurant. Meetings and trainings and gala will take place in 1000-person congress centre Makasiini, which is conveniently located right next to the hotel.

How to get there

The conference hotel is located in Jätkäsaari, close to central Helsinki and Tallin Ferry Terminal (Tallink). You can get there from Helsinki Central Railway Station by trams 6T, 7 and 9 heading towards Jätkäsaari or Länsisatama. The closest tram stop is called Huutokonttori, which is right next to the conference hotel.

To get to the Helsinki Central Railway station from Helsinki Airport, catch I or P train. Both lines will terminate at the Central Railway Station.

You can get the transport ticket from vending machines, R-Kiosks and most grocery stores. If you plan to travel more, there are daily passes available. Helsinki internal ticket is valid only inside the city of Helsinki. To and from the airport, you need a regional ticket, which covers the whole greater capital region, including the city of Helsinki.

The Helsinki internal ticket costs around 2,90€ and the regional ticket is about 5€, a bit depending on where it's purchased. Vending machines offer the cheapest option.

For timetables, route planner and more ticket information, please refer to the HSL website.

Due to space limitations we have sold out main gala tickets. To give more people the opportunity to party, we are launching a new concept, GROW club! GROW club will also be held in Clarion and it will have a whole program of its own! If you want to experience something totally new and never seen before this is the party for you! There will also be a possibility to follow the main gala event via live stream. Get ready for surprises and fun! In the end of the dinner in the traditional gala the two parties will merge into one!
